STEP 1.

Draw two ovals off-center from each other. Draw a tube between them for the neck.

STEP 2.

Draw tubes for the upper wings and both legs. Add rectangles to bottom tubes for the feet.

STEP 3.

Draw two widened ovals for the lower wings. Draw two "droopy" triangles to the back of the head. Draw brow line, and a blunted "cubish" triangle for the beak.

STEP 4.

Add a brow wrinkle.Draw eyes and detail beak. Draw wing "fingers" and add detail to elbows. Draw toes within rectangles

STEP 5.

Add black under brow. Add shading to neck, body, and leg. Add texture lines to "fingers." You now have a Cartoon Blue Jay!
