How to Draw Demons
Hello again I hope you guys are enjoying your time while you visit DragoArt.com. This next lesson is going to teach you "how to draw demons step by step”. I previously gave you a tutorial on a really cool beast, this time I thought I would do another demon drawing since it is so close to Halloween. I have always liked drawing demonic looking creatures and characters because I am a concept art type of person. It is really easy to think up an idea for a new dark being when you have the image of a demon in back of your head. Now, because Halloween is so near, I drew the demon with a pumpkin looking head and a real uneasy smile. Drawing demons can be easy if you are learning from a lesson on drawing a simple demon. This tutorial will be under the intermediate section for difficulty because there is some detailing involved. I do have lessons on a demon and on a few devils, and satans. I really like the way this demon came out because he is devilish looking, and creepy at the same time. When the image of a demon comes to my mind, I imagine a small imp like creature that is spiteful, vindictive, sadistic, and cruel. He looks like an animal mixed with a human in some form. These beings can be any size, shape, or form. I chose to do a smaller version of demon because I wanted to draw something easy enough for a variety of artists to try out and learn from. I will leave yo with this lesson on “how to draw demons step by step”. Like the lesson on the beasts, learning to draw one, is all you need to draw many. Peace out kiddies and happy drawing!

STEP 1.
Okay, let's start drawing some demons. First draw a circle for the head shapes and then add the facial guidelines. Next draw the "V" line for the shoulder frame and then draw the limb guidelines as you see here. Once that is done draw the shapes for the hands, feet and tail.
STEP 2.
Using the facial guidelines, start sketching in the eyes, and nostril holes. You will then sketch out the fury lining for his face, and then draw the spiked mouth line.
STEP 3.
Finish sketching out the head. Notice how the head lines are not smooth. This is because your being isn't a soft creature. Draw the horns, and then add some definition and detail to the demons face. You will then sketch out the shoulders, and arms. Draw some of the chest line and move to the next step.
STEP 4.
Okay now sketch out the rest of the arms and then sketch out the demons hands and claws. Sketch out the shape of the torso and then add definition and detail to the waist. You will then draw the thighs and then some of the calf on the left leg.
STEP 5.
This is your last drawing step. All you need to do now is sketch out the rest of the legs and then draw out the demons tail which as you can see has an arrow shaped tip. Detail and define the legs, and then draw the feet and or claws. Erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 6.
How to draw demons step by step is now done. Color in your drawing and you are all done. Did everyone have fun? Great job!Post a comment
