How to Draw People
I absolutely love this drawing that I drew live yesterday because it came out so colorful and it’s full of emotion. I will show you "how to draw people", step by step with this easy online lesson. Drawing people is awesome and I have been getting somewhat good at it. Even when I am not drawing live on my tablet, I still draw people on my sketch pad when I am lounging on the couch, or laying on my bed. I will sometimes bring a smaller sketch pad with me when I travel because I like drawing people in motion and drawing people’s expressions. Drawing expressions is wicked fun because you can sit there and see an emotion on a persons face that you never seen before. When things like that happen I will sketch out that expression and use it on an interesting concept character. When ever you draw people hugging, holding hands, or even kissing, you can be as creative as you want to be. You can choose to also select a certain kind of person to draw. Like drawing realistic people and drawing cartoon people are two totally different things. The people in this tutorial look more like an anime or manga couple that are hugging because they are so pleased to see and greet each other. I had so much fun sketching out this drawing and I know you guys will love learning “how to draw people step by step” too. STEP 1.
Start this lesson by drawing the circles for the people's heads and then draw the facial guidelines for the girls face. You will then draw the shape of the female person's hair. You will then draw the torso shapes and then draw the connecting line starting from the head as the neck, moving all the way down to the pelvic shape.
STEP 2.
Sketch in the hair style for both people and then sketch out the faces and then the shoulder lines.
STEP 3.
Drawing people is fun and i love drawing hair on people as well. I gave this girl long straight hair, and I drew the boy in with neck length hair that is blowing in the wind as well. You will sketch out the ear and then the hands on the back of the female girl.
STEP 4.
Add some detail for her hair and then sketch out the shapes of the arms and then the hands. Next draw the sleeves for his shirt and then draw the t-shirt line for her tip. As you can see drawing people is fun and very exciting.
STEP 5.
Sketch out the shape of his back and then start drawing the clothes starting with the pants. Sketch out the shapes of their waists and then draw the belts that they are wearing. Add the detailing lines that make up the pockets. Once that is done you can also sketch out the beginning lines for their thighs.
STEP 6.
For you last drawing step you will sketch out the striped lines on her shirt and then finish the shape of her legs and or pants that look a little retro. Sketch out the stitching and then draw the shapes and styles of their sneakers. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 7.
