Well there is a cartoon ghost, fox, and mummy that is submitted as the new lessons for the day and there is still more to come. For my fourth tutorial I will be showing you “how to draw Road Runner step by step”. The Road Runner is the bird character from Warner Bros. The two characters Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner, are the creation of a very talented animation director named Chuck Jones. He created the duo back in 1948 for Warner Bros. and to this day the two rivals are some of the more popular characters that are a part of the Looney Tunes family. The Road Runner has always been one of my favorite characters because he is wicked fast, smart, and clever. Unlike other animated animals from Looney Tunes, Road Runner doesn’t say anything at all except “Beep, Beep”. At the end of almost every episode he stands there and holds up the picket sign that says “The End”. Coyote always comes up with new schemes and creations to try and catch the speedy bird, but unfortunately for him he always losses in the end. A few things that Road Runner can do that Wile E. Coyote can not do, is go through canvases, and painted walls. The setting for the episodes always take place in the desert where there is a ton of boulders and rocks, and cactus plants heat, and a bunch of room to run around. I really did have fun drawing this memorable character and I can’t believe that I never drew him out sooner. I do however have a lesson on Wile E.
