How to Draw Chibi Mario
This is my second chibi character that I said I was going to submit. If course just by looking at the tutorial picture, you already know that it is one of Nintendo’s most popular game characters. I will now show you “how to draw chibi Mario step by step”. I figured what better game character to draw than Mario from Mario Bros. Although I have to say that this chibi Mario came out looking cute and ugly at the same time. I say ugly because he is a character that is old which makes him a funny looking chibi. Mario came out awesome and I know that you guys will all love this version of Nintendo’s mascot. I was going to consider drawing a chibi Luigi, but I decided that is something that needs to be requested first. I personally think that drawing a chibi Yoshi would be pretty cool because Yoshi is super cute when he is in regular form. I mean the possibilities are endless when it comes to choosing chibi characters. There is two more chibi game characters coming your way tomorrow because two different members requested two different chibis. Well I still have yet to upload two more lessons and I promise they are not going to be chibis. Have fun with this tutorial on “how to draw chibi Mario step by step”. STEP 1.
Draw a circle for chibi Mario's head and then add facial guidelines. Next draw a small neck line and attach it to another circle which is going to be for the body of chibi Mario. Lastly draw the arms, and leg lines.
STEP 2.
Now the first thing you will do here is draw out the shape of chibi Mario's face. You will then draw out the lid line for his hat and then draw the eye shapes using the facial guidelines. Next draw the shape of his big Italian nose and then his bushy mustache. Draw his ear and then some of his hair in the back.
STEP 3.
Draw out the rest of chibi Mario's hat and then draw the emblem in the front that has the initial "M". Next draw out the arms and then the hands that are in gloves. You will also start the lining for the legs too and add some detailing to the gloves.
STEP 4.
Here is your last drawing step and all you have to do is finish drawing out the body of chibi Mario and then add the buttons for his trousers. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one and move to the next step to see what your chibi should come out looking like.
STEP 5.
When you are done your chibi should look like the one you see here. Color him in and you have yourself a finished tutorial on "how to draw chibi Mario step by step". Didn't he come out wicked? Great job guys!Comments: Post Comment
