How to Draw a Cartoon Rose

This cartoon tutorial is not going to be on an animal or character, instead I will be showing you "how to draw a cartoon rose", step by step. I already have a few roses on the site that I drew a while ago but they were not cartoon style. Drawing a cartoon rose is fun and exciting because you can color it in any shade you like. Every color that roses come in mean something different. There are so many different colored roses that you wouldn’t have even thought about. There is like thirteen different colored roses in existence and all of them grow from the ground. I will name the colors for you now and their meaning; first there is the typical red rose, this color means love, beauty, romantic love, I love you, congratulations, and sincere love. Then there is the dark colored red rose and a deep burgundy colored rose which both simply mean unconscious beauty. One single red rose means “I love you”. The white rose means purity, innocence, secrecy, youthfulness, and heavenly. The white bridal rose usually means happy love because of course marriage is in play. Now there is also three different pink colored roses as well, pink, dark pink, and light pink. Pink represents thank you, grace, please believe me, gentleness, and admiration. The dark pink colored rose means appreciation, gratitude, and thank you. Finally the light pink colored rose represents grace, joy and sweetness. Yellow roses usually mean friendship, and the yellow rose with red tips stands for friendship and falling in love. There is also an orange colored rose which means desire and enthusiasm. Peach colored roses means let’s get together, sincerity, a pale peach colored rose represents modesty, the coral colored rose stands for desire, lavender means love at first sight, and orange stands for fascination. There is also the black and blue colored roses but they are artificially dyed by a florist. The black as you know means death and farewell, and the blue colored rose mean the impossible. Finally there is the thornless rose and that flower means love at first sight. So as you see there is a colored flower for any occasion you just have to know the meanings behind the shades. I hope you guys enjoy this lesson on “how to draw a cartoon rose step by step”. The instructions will help you make your tutorial pretty beautiful. See you next tome guys!
