This next tutorial was requested by a member a few days ago and I thought that since it was so simple to draw, I should do it first time I had a chance to. I will be showing you “how to draw the Mayor from The Powerpuff girls step by step”. The Mayor is a dim witted old man that is the mayor of Townsville. He is only referred to as “the mayor” and he and the Powerpuff girls have a special phone in their dwellings encase there is a city emergency. He has an assistant named “Ms. Sara Bellum” which is the sexy woman with big red curly hair that covers her face. She handles all of the mayors responsibilities that he cannot do himself, and that is basically everything. His wife calls Mayor “Barney”. Not only is he dimwitted, he is also very childish, more childish than a common first grader. All in all the Mayor has a very big, kind heart and he is often trying to do the right thing and make the right decisions for Townsville.
