Drawing different types of angels are always a fun way to expand your artistic mind and free any kind of drawing energy you may have. This next tutorial took me quite a while to complete because I was stumped before I actually knew what it is I was going to draw. When I finally decided and came to a conclusion of what I wanted, I called my angel tattoo design an African angel. So what I will be teaching you next is “how to draw an African angel" step by step. I really love the way this tattoo design came out because she is so incredibly pretty. Her hair is black with white streaks and her eyes are void with no color at all. I have her wings drawn out to resemble some sort of tribe and there is also some beautiful tribal tattoo designs on the lower half of her body. I didn’t want to draw a full bodied image so I cut the figure short and only drew down to the mid thigh area and wrapped the rest in a ribbon. In the ribbon you can choose to write an inscription, or you can leave it the way it is.
