It all starts with a banana...or something that looks like one. Make sure the tip is pointy- you don't want a dull sword! And allow the sword to get wide halfway between the tip and the bottom to show its depth. At the end of the blade, draw a wavy l

Draw a curved line down the center of the blade until it reaches the wavy line at the bottom. On the handle itself, draw random criss-cross lines that look almost like string. Make sure to leave a little cap or solid space at the end of the handle.

Erase the guidelines inside the fuzzy area and you're done! now that wasn't so hard, was it? In the show, it looks impossible to draw, but as you can see, it's fairly simple. Now that you can draw your own tetsusaiga, I hope you enjoyed this tutorial

Description: Inuyasha is a well known Japanese anime show that began as a manga series by Rumiko Takahashi. Today, it is one of the most popular anime shows alongside Naruto, Rurouni Kenshin, Fruits Basket and Dragonball Z. The show is mainly set in the Sengoku Jidai, otherwise known as the 'feudal era', of Japan. There, demons and human live together- but not in harmony. There lies Inuyasha, a half dog demon who was born of the supreme ruler of feudal Japan, his father. His father died while saving Inuyasha when he was born, and, as per his father's will, Inuyasha comes to possess one the most powerful swords ever made: the Tetsusaiga. It belonged to his father and was made of a fang from his fathers mouth. It is known as 'the protector of men' and can slay 100 demons (humans alike) in one stroke. It is also known as the 'sword of the earth' and can lash out massive attacks such as 'Wind Scar', 'Backlash Wave' and 'Adamant Barrage.' If you're an avid fan of Inuyasha, like I am, you know tons more about the sword and how to came to be, but for now, I'm going to let you all start with the tutorial. I hope you all enjoy it and have fun! ^_^
