How to Draw Christmas Star Butterfly

Start off by drawing a head and torso guide like so.

Next, use the head or face guide to draw out the shape of Star's adorable face. Within the face create the shapes for her eyes and draw in her ear as well as the detailing inside her ear.

We will now begin drawing her hair starting with the thick signature bangs. Then draw the hearts on her cheeks, the nose and simple smile.

Okay, color in her eye pupils and draw the eyeball lining. When that's done you can draw her cute Santa hat that she is wearing as well. Don't forget to give her some lashes and eyebrows.

Go ahead and draw all of her hair which is a big mass that covers her entire back. I love it!. When that is finished you can work on her body starting with the neck, torso and arm. She also has cuffed sleeves.

Lastly, to finish off Star in her Christmas form, draw in a collar, color in some buttons and draw the left arm, cuffed sleeve, glove lines. Oh, there is also a belt and some of her dress too. Erase the mistakes and the guides.

Here is the line art for Star Butterfly. Color her in using festive colors and hang this picture up for the holiday season.

Description: Okay, this is my second lesson for you all for the day. This goes out to all you Star vs The Forces of Evil fans. For the holidays, I thought it would be cool to make a lesson on how to draw Christmas Star Butterfly, step by step. She is all dressed up in her festive Santa inspired clothing and that includes the Santa hat and black gloves. I didn't want to leave anything out when drawing Star in her Christmas attire. I really, really enjoyed making this lesson because I am a super big fan of SVTFOE . I even have a Youtube channel where I made some pretty cool animatics which you can also check out if you like.
