Drawing Horses Kissing

Make the head guides and then draw in the guidelines for the faces, snouts and necks.

We will now draw in the muzzles along with the line for their mouths.

We will draw in their chins or bottom halves of their muzzle which is the jaws. When that is done you can draw the ears and eyebrows.

Draw the eyeballs and color pupils. When that is done you can draw the nostrils.

We can now draw their necks and some of their chests. When that is done you will draw in their manes. For the mare make wavy hair and for the stallion straight hair. Erase the mistakes and guides.

Here is the line art when you are done. Now color in the horses and maybe use this art for a Valentine's Day card.

Description: Well, it looks like it's that time again where we will be tackling another task on the horse. If you notice, the animal lessons being submitted are based on my favorite animals and yes, the equine species is one of them. Today, we will learn how to draw kissing horses or horses kissing, step by step. For my coloring job I wanted to keep the two horses almost the same shade, but I didn't want to make them too similar. So what I did was, add a darkened muzzle and some spots on the female horse. She also has wavy hair. Anyways, I think they came out cute and I also think that you will have fun with the tut.
