How to Draw Broly
Here is the tutorial you have been waiting for “Vineet” and hopefully you like what you see. This first drawing lesson of the day is a tutorial request that a DragoArt member has been waiting a long time for. I really am sorry for not filling your request sooner, but I have been busy with updating the site to make it better for you all. Anyways, you will be learning “how to draw Broly from DBZ” step by step. Broly is a character that is said to be the “Legendary Super Saiyan” in the Dragon Ball Z world and is the most powerful Saiyan to have ever lived. As the story goes Broly was born with incredible power that led his father to place a necklace around him which is scientifically made especially for his infant son. What the gadget did was restrain Broly to control his overwhelming rage that he possessed as an infant. The necklace was placed on him every night as he slept. Now Goku and Broly share the same birthday and because of that they were in pods that where right next to eat other. Broly could not put up with Goku’s constant crying and became increasingly annoying even in adulthood. Now that Broly was an adult, his powers grew even more powerful. Broly eventually broke away from the necklace and went after Goku. Now, because Broly was so strong, it was impossible to defeat the son of Paragus. What they decided to do next was an attempt to stop Broly. They channeled all their energy into Goku in order to have one last attack on the powerful Saiyan. It was the energy from Vegeta, Piccolo, Gohan, and Future Trunks that sent an energizing blast to Broly. After that one last attack it immobilized Broly and somehow sent him packing to Earth but later went into a coma. He froze over when the cater filled up with water and froze. Broly is a character from DBZ that has one purpose in life, to conquer everything he wants including destroying his enemies and everyone that gets in his way. He really is a cool character and there is two movies that my uncle has on blu-ray that are both about Broly called; Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan and Broly: Second Coming. I still have yet to watch the second movie but when I do I will let you all know. Anyway this tutorial is for “Vineet” and I hope you all have fun learning “how to draw Broly from DBZ” step by step. I shall return with more drawing fun in a bit so stay tuned in folks.

STEP 1.
To start this lesson on how to draw Broly from DBZ, you will need to first draw out the guidelines and shapes that will make up the frame for Broly. First draw a small circle for his head and add the facial guidelines. Next draw a bigger circle for his torso and attach two smaller circle shapes for his shoulders. Add the limb guidelines and then move onto the next step.
STEP 2.
Okay you will now start sketching out Broly's body like his upper arms and shoulders and then draw the chest muscles. next draw the thick shape of the neck followed by the shape of the face, eyebrows, eyes, nose and ears.
STEP 3.
You will now start sketching out the shape and style of his long spiked hair that is erect. Sketch in some detailing on his face and then detail the muscles and veins in his neck. Add some definition to the shoulders and then start sketching out the shape of the rib cage, and waist strap.
STEP 4.
You will now sketch in more detailing lines on Broly's hair and his ears. Sketch in some detailing on his chest, abs, and add some nipple shapes. Finish drawing out the arms and wristbands that he wears and then start sketching out his pants near the waist.
STEP 5.
You will sketch out Broly's hands and then sketch out more of his sash that falls like a "V" on the sides of his legs. Sketch out the baggy looking pants and make sure you wrinkle them up a bit. Add some shading to his fist and detailing to his sash.
STEP 6.
Well you have finally made it to your last drawing step and as you can see all you need to do now is sketch out the detailing to his sash and then draw out the rest of his legs and or boots that he is wearing. Broly's body and clothes are very proportioned, more so than other DBZ characters. Once you are done, erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 7.
This is what your line art of your DBZ character should look like when you are all done. What you need to do now is color him in and you have just completed this tutorial on "how to draw Broly from DBZ step by step".Comments: Post Comment
