Black Cherries Drawing Lesson

Start with the shape of one cherry like so and be sure to add the dimple in the center.

Next, draw in the first stick or twig for the stem of the cherry. Make sure that this stem is crooked and creepy.

We will draw in the three other cherries in the background with the one in the middle back smallest.

Add the remaining sticks or twigs and notice how they are all different in size and design. If you made mistakes erase them now.

Here is the line art. Now just color in your Halloween cherries.

Description: These cherries are probably something you would see on the table of any witch who invites you into her cabin or home. I actually seen a picture of cherries almost just like these in a magazine and that is what inspired me to make a lesson on something similar. I thought this would make a cool tut for Halloween so here is how to draw black cherries or Halloween cherries. I love the twigs that are being used as the cherry stems and how dark and shiny they all are. As you can see the cherry in the front is still red, and that is supposed to represent the welcoming cherry. Once you step inside your world will be filled with darkness so beware. If you would like to add something different to this drawing go right ahead, I just thought this would make a cool tut that was easy to follow and replicate. Adios folks, enjoy!
