Let us start off by sketching out the detailed shapes of each skeletal eye. You will also need to draw in the frowning and wrinkles on the head.

2

We will color in the hollows of the eyes and then draw out the nose which is made up of nasal cavities.

3

Sketch out the bony shapes of the skull's cheeks and then draw in the bony effects of the top portion of the mouth. This should also have grooves or indents.

4

Finally, draw in the top and bottom teeth and then add the defined grooves on the bottom of the face creating the bony gums. Add some definition around the nose and then begin erasing your mistakes.

5

That's it, you are done. Now it's up to your tattooist to create the effects which will end up leaving your arm, or other body part, popped out and coming at you. You can also sketch in all the detailing yourself as well.

Description: Okay so I have another skull lesson for you all who enjoy drawing skulls. This one is on a cool concept for a tattoo idea. Once this lesson is uploaded I have some exciting tuts that I think all you Doctor Who and Nightmare Before Christmas fans will enjoy. But first, here is a skull tattoo drawing tutorial that is made in a fading style. This type of tattoo concept is made to blend into the skin to have a 3D effect once inked on the body. Skull tattoos come in so many different varities including shapes, colors, sizes and concepts. I like the way this one came out because there is no head or jaw structure, just the eyes, nose and teeth which means it should be pretty simple to recreate. Anyways, I will shut up so you can get busy with this tut and while you do that I will upload more lessons for you all. So, have fun and don't forget to leave some feedback letting me and others know what you think.
