This is going to be relatively easy. Draw an egg shape and then draw three slanted horizontal lines the way you see them here.

2

Next you will work on how to draw a Bullet train body. Finish the upper or top and bottom lines of the bullet train and then start drawing the entrance/exit doors.

3

All you will do in this short step is continue to draw out the bullet train doors as you see here.

4

Now you will start drawing out the small rectangular shapes of the windows on the bullet train.

5

You will now draw the bullet looking nose for this high speed train and then draw the head lamp, detailing construction lines and then the front window for the conductor to look out of. Add some nice detailing lines along the side of the bullet train

6

You will now start to sketch out the mechanics of the bullet train that reside under the trains design. Sketch in more detailing to the side and then move to the next step.

7

This is your last drawing step and all you have to do is finish sketching in the final detailing lines that define the bullet train. Erase the guidelines and shapes that you draw in step one.

8

once you are done your Japanese built train should come out looking like the one you see here. Color in your transportation system and you have just completed this tutorial on "how to draw a bullet train" step by step.

Description: Some of the trains that are used in Japan are really cool because they are designed to look really neat, and aerodynamically artistic. One of my favorite trains ever built was made right in Japan, and that is what this tutorial lesson will be based on today. I am going to teach you “how to draw a bullet train” step by step. Bullet trains are called the “Shinkansen” in Japanese and this word is used for the train rail system that is operated out of Japan. The bullet trains are used to connect to all major points in Japan including Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka. The very first network of high speed trains was created in 1964 and the Shinkansen train line was the worlds first high speed train service. Bullet trains have been recorded to reach speeds of up to two hundred seventy seven miles per hour with a best average speed of one hundred sixty four miles per hour. Now because these trains operate on a high-speed railway, there is a bunch of problems that can occur with the infrastructure of the railway system. Because of that, almost a third of all cost for having such a speedy transportation system is used up on maintenance to ensure that every thing stays stable and secure. The shinkansen runs on steel rails mounted on concrete sleepers. The real fast trains use a dedicated track to avoid contact and conflict with trains that move a lot slower than the high-speed railway system. A bullet train is shaped like a silver bullet and they can get commuters to a location that is 128 miles away in about forty four minutes. Pretty amazing huh? That means that a trip that would normally take a few hours is completely cut in more than half the time. I wanted this drawing to look fast and brand new so what I did was graphically enhance the colored image to look like it is a train in motion. I will let you guys get moving to drawing this tutorial on “how to draw a bullet train step by step“. I will be back soon guys!
