How to Draw a Darth Vader Skull

Step 1.

Let's get started. Draw the entire shape of Vader's helmet like so. You will then draw the lid which hangs low.

Step 2.

Next, draw in the detailed seam line that is raised on the top of the helmet like so.

Step 3.

We will begin sketching out Darth Vader's skull face concept. Start withe the sides of the head, then draw the creepy shaped bony cheeks like so. You will then draw in the bare looking grill piece (mouth or teeth), and then add some detailing to this area to make it look decrepit.

Step 4.

Next, we will sketch out Darth's eye sockets and since it is a skull version of his face, they shoulder look sunken in and real old. Add layers of bags under the eyes and a real sagging look for the cheeks. Proceed with this step until the skeletal face comes out looking perfect.

Step 5.

Lastly, draw the jaw bones on the side of each part of Darth's skull face. Sketch in some cracks and erase your mistakes.

Step 6.

Here is the line art when you are done. You can add all the shading and other detailing to this Darth Vader skull to make it really stand out. I hope you had fun people!

So I have the most coolest lesson that I will upload today and it's on another skull design in the face of the best villain ever created. Here is how to draw Darth Vader Skull, step by step. I had so much fun recreating Vader into skull art. If you think about it he has the perfect helmet/mask to make a skeleton concept out of. Anyways, I'm not going to keep you folks here too long talking about this iconic Star Wars character or villain because I think you all know everything you need to when it comes to Darth Vader. Instead, I will let you tackle the task of drawing a Darth Vader Skull and return in a bit with more fun lessons to follow. Adios people and may the force be dark with you.
