STEP 1.
You are going to make a circle then split it in half and extend the line a little for the chin part.
STEP 2.
You are going to now make a V shape to the head to the chin part.
STEP 3.
Now starting at the farthest part from were the V shape line intersect to the head, make a small little line going down on both sides, then connect it to the chin part.
STEP 4.
Now that were done with the head outline, we need the eyes, nose and mouth.
STEP 5.
Now we need the hair.
STEP 6.
Now your about done!! Just erase all the lines that don't belong! Now just make the lines now better. Or you can cover it up with hair.
STEP 7.
And then once you made it perfect and how you want it your done! All you need to do now is color it.
STEP 8.

This is a pretty nice tut! There's only a small bitsy winy problem. The nose looks like it's pointing in a left direction. You should have made an arrow pointing down :) Awesome tut anyways!

I use this, but its easier to to on paper, I usually don't draw on the computer so if its sloppy forgive me, And if yours does not look perfect then fix it up a little. And I would say if your not good drawing on the computer,do it on paper!
