I hope you all have been having a great time here on DragoArt.com today. My next lesson is going to be on another Marvel Comics character that I think you will all enjoy. I will show you “how to draw Nightcrawler from X-Men step by step”. Now this blue colored hero's real name is Kurt Wagner and believe it or not his mother is Mystique. Now of course it is never mentioned who is mother is which is because he was born before anyone knew who Mystique was. When he was born, Nightcrawler or Kurt was ignored or avoided as an infant and child because of his blue colored skin, indigo colored hair, pointed elf like ears, and a devilish looking tail. I have always thought that Nightcrawler was one of the coolest characters from Marvel Comics and I will still say that he is in my top ten list of favorites. I was going to do Nightcrawler like he looked in “X2” but then I thought it would be better if I just draw the character from the animated series and from the comic books. There has been countless team affiliations that Nightcrawler has been a part of. For example he belonged to X-Men (of course), Vatican, Excalibur, and N-Men. He did however attend “Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters” and while he was there he took up college level courses. Apart from his blue colored skin and indigo colored hair, he also had a set of piercing yellow colored eyes. Before Kurt came forward with his real identity, he went by the name Baroness Wagner. When he was being brought up by his mother, they used to get chased out of town. So on one particular day Mystique and her young son was running from a mob and she had no choice but to throw her child over a fence and flee. Luckily his real father the fallen angel "Azazel", rescued him and than handed young Kurt over to a sorceress and gypsy queen "Margali Szardos". Form the X2 movie it is true when he said that he was part of a circus, the Bavarian Circus to be exact. The story about Nightcrawler goes on and on and unfortunately I have more work to do. I will leave you with this lesson on “how to draw Nightcrawler from X-Men step by step”. Until my return, have fun and stay creative.
