How to Draw Chibi Merle from the Walking Dead

1

Make the odd shape for chibi Merle's head and face like so.

2

Up next, draw in the complete hairline for chibi Merle's face and head.

3

Up next, draw the frivolous look in Merle's eyes by making the eyebrows angled, and a crinkle between the eyes.

4

Add the marks on the face that brings Merle to life. Draw in the ears and add detailing to the insides. Don't forget to draw the crease lines on his forehead.

5

We will begin with the body starting with Merle's mutilated arm. He has a spike on the end of a makeshift prosthetic used for battle purposes. Draw in the shirt flap, and proceed to step six.

6

Here you will make the other side of his body which also includes another arm. Draw in the rolled up shirt sleeve cuff, then add the undershirt collar line.

7

Next draw Merle's hand and add a pocket to his button up shirt. Detail the prosthetic, then move to step eight.

8

Draw in the rolled over end to his undershirt, and add the pocket lid lines as well.

9

Draw in the rest of Merle's pants and or legs and when you do this notice how the left leg is lifted.

10

Finish Merle by drawing the feet or shoes, then erase all the mistakes.

11

That's it, Merle is all done. Color him in and add this chibi Walking Dead character to the rest of the drawings you made.
