How to Draw Realistic Chihiro

1

Start off by drawing Chihiro's head/face shape like so, then draw the facial guidelines, neck line and shoulder guides.

2

Next, sketch out the shape of her face in a very older, adult manner like you see here.

3

Now, draw in older Chihiro's hairdo which is pretty similar to the way she wore it when she was smaller or in her normal form. When that is done, you can proceed to step four.

4

Here all you have to do is draw her ponytail, then the hair chunk on the right side of her head or face.

5

Move to the task to drawing the neck shape, then draw the shoulders and back.

6

We will tackle Chihiro's adult face. First draw and color in the sort of thick eyebrows, then draw her eye shapes and then finally her nose.

7

Draw Chihiro's ear, then finish her eyes and then draw the mouth which is in a nice smile.

8

For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw in the straps that flow down the front of her body and along the back which ends up being a bow. Erase the mistakes and then you are done.

9

That's it, you are all done. Now you can go ahead and color Chihiro in. Also don't forget to show off your work.

Description: It's no secret that one of my favorite anime films is Spirited Away, and it's also no secret that I am a fan of three characters from the movie. One of those characters is the face you are looking at here and even though she looks a bit different she was purposely drawn this way. Today I want to show you "how to draw realistic Chihiro", step by step. I should actually say that this is more like a drawing of how Chihiro would look if she where grown up with a twist of realism. I kept some of her characteristics like her clothing, hairstyle and big brown eyes. If you are a fan of Spirited Away then I know you will love this lesson on drawing one of the popular Spirited Away characters. Thanks for viewing guys.
