How to Draw a Handcuffs Tattoo

1

Start off with the opening of the mouth which will house the teeth and links to the handcuffs.

2

The teeth are biting down on the handcuff chain so here you will draw a couple links on each side of the mouth starting from inside the mouth.

3

Draw in the top lip shape which is very full looking and nicely arched.

4

Next, slowly sketch in the teeth both the bottom and top rows. Notice there is a space between the teeth this is because the chain that she is biting on doesn't allow her teeth to close completely.

5

Now it is time to draw the outlined shapes of the handcuffs. Start at the top by making the straight lines, then draw the round shapes. It's almost like they bubble out from the top sides of the cuffs.

6

Define the shapes of the handcuffs to make them look dimensional like so. Then draw in the key holes on each handcuff.

7

The handcuffs are done. All you need to do nos is draw the bottom lip, shape of the girls face, her hair that falls down her face, and the piercing under her bottom lip. Erase any and all mistakes you made.

8

That's it, you are all done. Color in your drawing, add something to your drawing, or just take the line art to your tattoo parlor to get an ink job.

Description: The image in the finished colored in picture is very deceiving because this tutorial on "how to draw a handcuffs tattoo" isn't going to be hard at all. I will not place it in the novice section because the handcuffs themselves may be a bit tricky to draw. The idea for this concept came from an image I seen on someones Facebook profile. I thought to myself, now that would make a cool tutorial. I changed it just a bit but the idea is the same. So go ahead and enjoy yourself with this lesson on drawing handcuffs in a tattoo drawing style.
