1

Begin like we always do when drawing a face make the head guide like so, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

2

Begin sketching out the actual facial structure to form Putin's face and head. Be sure to add that square shaped chin and jaw line.

3

Lightly sketch in the hairstyle then draw in the shapes of the ears and add the detailing inside them.

4

Use the facial guidelines to draw in the eyebrows, the dark indenting around the eyes, then sketch in the actual eyes. Don't forget to add the wrinkles and creases around the eyes as well as some of the nose bridge.

5

You can now draw the nose tip like so in a very simple form, then add a simple line for the mouth as well as the chin ball.

6

For the last step all you have to do is draw in the neck, then the shoulders, dress shirt collar and then the tie. Don't forget to add the flaps for the suit jacket as well. Erase those guides that you made in step one as well as the mistakes.

7

That's it, you are all done. Now you can color in this drawing of Vladimir Putin.
