The cherry tree belongs to the Rosaceae family like the almond, peach, plum, apricot, and bird cherry tree. Cherry trees can be found in the northern hemisphere two species can be found in America, three in Europe, and all the rest of them are located in Asia. People all over the world will purposely plant and grow cherry trees just for their spring pink flower blossoms. The trees found in Asia are some of the best and well known for their flower display. Oddly I have recently found out that I too have a cherry tree that is getting ready to bloom those beautiful pink flowers. I can’t wait to see how the tree will look when in full bloom. The hardest part was drawing out all the flowers that are scattered all over the cherry tree. Flowers that bloom on this famous tree will usually grow in clusters.
