Like I said in the past, drawing cartoon animals is a fun way to create and draw your very own version of different types of favorite animals that we know and love. With this next teaching, I will be showing you "how to draw poodle", step by step. When I was drawing up this poodle all I could think about was my sister. I wanted to convey on how I see her and this is what I came up with. I colored the poodle pink because that is my sister’s favorite color. I also drew long eye lashes and twinkly eyes because my sister looks sparkly and twinkly at times. The body design conveys how she likes her clothes, pink, puffy and pretty. French poodles used to be used in Germany to retrieve ducks. This dog breed originated in Russia and became a luxury dog in France. There are three poodle breeds; the standard poodle which is nearly sixteen inches in height, the miniature poodle comes in at eight inches, and then the toy poodle who is only three to four inches in height, in other words, small, medium and large. Colors for the poodle come in black, white, grey and brown and they are famous for the way their owners get them groomed which is almost always in an elaborate style. They have short curly hair that almost resembles tight wiring. Poodles are also said to be extremely smart animals holding an elegant status and mostly owned by people with champagne taste. My poodle is a cartoon version of what I think they should look like if they ever became a popular animated figure. This tutorial will show you "how to draw a poodle", step by step. I know you will have fun with this lesson because when you are done, you can be creative and color in your pooch any shade you wish.
