okay start with a small circle for the head and then add the facial guidelines. Next draw the long slithering line for the body's line of position as shown to you here. Don't forget to add the toe lines.

2

In step two you will start drawing out the shape and thickness of the Chinese dragon's body as well as his feet pr claws. Next, start sketching out the shape of his wavy hair, the nose shape and then the mouth line.

In this third step you start by sketching out the outline of dragon's mane as you see here and then the shape of the front side leg. Once that is done detail the nose by adding nostril circles and then the eyebrows. Finish off the body lines as well

What you will do now is sketch out the rest of the mane, beard, and mustache. Add some wrinkle creases on the bridge of his nose and then a tongue. Draw out the fiery look to the tip of its tail and then draw lines to define the clawed nails. Erase s

This is surprisingly your last drawing step and all you have to do here is add the scale lines that you see here. At this point you might want to erase the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one because it may be almost impossible to do so w

This is what your finished dragon should come out looking like once you are done. All you have to do now is choose some colors to shade him in with. I hope you had fun learning how to draw a red Chinese dragon step by step. I had an awesome time walk

Description: I have submitted some really nice dragons in the past and that is what I initially started this tutorial site out with. The very first dragon I drew for the site was a Chinese dragon and that is probably my favorite kind of dragon. Since I haven’t drawn and submitted any new dragons lately, I will show you how to draw a red Chinese dragon step by step for my fourth tutorial lesson of the day. I said all I can say about the Chinese dragon in previous tutorials which is why I am kind of stumbled about what to talk about in this description. What I can say is that I drew the dragon live like three days ago but there was only like two people watching me draw this beast out. Now because no one was talking to me while I was drawing the dragon, time kind of lagged for me which made me extremely bored. Don’t get me wrong, I love drawing dragons, as a matter of fact I love drawing them so much I am working on a project that I plan to disperse through DragoArt in the near future. Chinese dragons can be drawn in many different sizes, shapes, and colors. There is a traditional Chinese dragon, a Japanese dragon, and many other dragons that are created and developed from the imagination of many artists’ minds. There is so many movies that have dragons in them as either friendly protectors of the skies, or terrorizing reptiles of small villages and towns. I am still waiting for another awesome movie to be released based on dragons and I don’t care what kind they decide to use. I was going to do a tutorial on how to draw the loch ness monster, but I decided to go in another path which is what you will learn to do now. So grab your pencil and paper and start learning how to draw a red Chinese dragon step by step. I shall be back tomorrow with more drawing fun kiddies so keep your eyes peeled for bigger and better lessons coming your way.
