How to Draw Toshiro Hitsugaya
Tōshirō Hitsugaya is a character from the anime/manga series that airs on Adult Swim which is a part of the Cartoon Network family. The show is called Bleach and for those of you that watch the series you should know who this young star is. This tutorial is going to show you "how to draw Hitsugaya, step by step". I did this lesson in the live draw room yesterday and some of my pals helped me along the way with this lesson to ensure that it was drawn out in portion. Now let me talk a bit about this awesome character. In the beginning of this description you saw that I called Toshiro young, and I did say this for a reason. Hitsugaya is the youngest captain of the Gotei 13. He has a vice captain named Rangiku Matsumoto who work together during fights, and they also care for one another even though Toshiro doesn’t show that he has feeling for her when she is around, he very much has deep feeling for his partner. The case is very different for Rangiku though because she is not shy at all to show that she is interested in him. As a matter of fact, Rangiku makes sure that she acts flirtatious when the two are together. Toshiro often blushes when Rangiku is not around or near him, so I guess the feeling must be mutual right? The sketch that I drew out is when Toshiro Bankai form which is called the “Dai Guren Hyourinmaru". This is when two large wings and a tail form and they are made of ice. He also has an ice dragon that unleashes from his sword (the Hyourinmaru, which looks like a common Japanese Katana) that freezes anything it touches. I am I know I said that I didn’t care for the character too much, but if you think about it he is pretty cool. I did have a lot of fun drawing out this Bleach character even though it was a challenge. Learning how to draw Tōshirō Hitsugaya the Captain of the 10th Division from Bleach is fun and exciting. STEP 1.
Start with two large almond shapes for the ice wings of Toshiro's Bankai form. Next draw the lining for his upper body and then the arm lines. You will then draw a circle for the head and add the facial guidelines.
STEP 2.
As you can see you will start sketching out the spiky looking hair style of Toshiro. Using the facial guidelines start drawing the eyes shapes and then the lower jaw line. Next draw the collar and then the finger lines on his hand shapes.
STEP 3.
You will now start sketching out the shape, style and design of the ice wings as shown to you here. Make sure you draw the ice spikes in the back of his head as well. Draw out the lining for his long sleeves for his clothes and then add some shading at the tips of the ice feathers to the left.
STEP 4.
Sketch in more detail to the ice wing tips to the left and to the right. Then you will draw more ice spikes to the inside of the wings and then ice spikes on his arm which the dragon comes out of. Next draw the handle of the sword and then the shape of his hidden leg. You will then draw out his eyes in more detail and add a mouth line.
STEP 5.
This is your last drawing step and what you will do now is add the rest of the detailing definition lines as you see here. Sketch out some pieces of chipped ice particles going away from the ice wings and then draw out the rest of Toshiro's sword. Detail the handle and then add more lining to the top of his uniform. Erase all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.
STEP 6.
This is what your Bleach character should look like when you are completely done. All you have to do now is color him in and you have just learned How to Draw Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach step by step.Comments: Post Comment
