So here is the second professional ice hockey team logo that I will be giving you a lesson on. The ironic thing is, I had no idea that the two hockey logos I submitted, recently went head to head in May. Here is "how to draw the Detroit Red Wings", step by step. The Red Wings is a team based out of, where else, Detroit, Michigan. They are part of the Central Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League and won a total of eleven Stanley Cups since the teams start with the last cup win in 2008. The mascot for the Detroit Red Wings is actually Al the Octopus, but I didn't include him in the lesson because I wanted to make the tutorial about the team logo and not the mascot. Anyways, have fun drawing the Red Wings logo and I will get busy with the other tuts I have for you all.

STEP 2.

We will tackle the task of drawing out the wings. This is a simple task because the wings are in a cartoon like style which means there isn't too much detailing.
