1

Make several guide shapes; one for the shell, another for the motor, and three more for the eyes and face. Attach the shapes with guidelines.

2

The first thing we will do is draw out the entire shape of the snail's body, neck and head. Once that is done move to step three.

3

Draw the long stems, then define the eye shapes to form the eyeballs. Draw the eyelids, then his smile.

4

Begin drawing the shape of the shell which is also decorated with three exhaust pipes that curl up the sides. Detail the shell, then draw in the number 13 on the shell as well.

5

Now it's time to draw the air intake box. This is seen on a lot of monster cars and high speed race vehicles. Once that is done you can move to step six where you will finish him off.

6

Lastly, draw in the spoiler fin, then you can start erasing the mistakes too.

7

This is how your new Turbo character looks when you are all done. Color him in and that's it.

Description: Here is the second snail that I worked on the other day. His name is Skidmark, and he is going to be a pleasure to draw because he is so darn cute. This smaller sized snail character has a large motor on the back end with a tail fin attached to the shell. Drawing Skidmark should be easy, but of you run into problems just dust yourself off and try again. I will return like I always do so stay tuned in. Peace out people and enjoy this and all the tuts today on Dragoart.com.
