I was watching a series on Netflix called 'Weeds' and when I was done I wanted to make a drawing that visually conveyed what the show was about. So here is a lesson on "how to draw Cannabis", step by step. I know some of you would oppose to this drawing lesson, but there are people out there that use this herb for health reasons as they battle illnesses like cancer, aids, glaucoma, depression, and other serious ailments. Cannabis to me is not a drug because it's a natural plant that comes from mother nature. Other drugs like heroine, cocaine, and methamphetamine are all man made drugs that have ever lasting side effects that will be with the user even if they stop. Cannabis was harvested before there was a law that banned the plant. It was harvested to make paper, thread, oils, soaps, ink, cigarette paper, bank notes, technical filters, and other hygiene products. Hemp is becoming more and more accepted because it helps individuals that have serious ailments to cope with their illness. In 2012 the state of Colorado legalized recreational use. Drawing a cannabis leaf is not going to make you a bad person, it is just a form of art. I mean if George Washington had huge crops of cannabis in his fields, how could one of America's founding fathers be wrong? Have fun and remember not to leave immature comments because there are people that take things out of control. Thanks guys.
