I'm sure everyone knows this crazy Gnome from Gravity Falls. It's Steve and he is finally here as a tutorial. Someone asked if I could make a lesson on "how to draw Steve from Gravity Falls". I figured since I was already making tuts on some of the characters, why not do Steve. I like this character because he reminds me of one of my friends.
