How to Draw a Frog Tattoo, Frog Tattoo

1

We will begin by drawing the frog. Start with the shape of the entire head, then add the the guidelines for the face and left arm.

2

You will draw out the head shape of the frog, then draw the mounds for the bug eyes that frogs normally have. Detail the areas where needed, then proceed to step three.

3

We will finish drawing the rest of the frog's body by making the back, chest, back legs, front legs, and all four finger like toes on the feet.

4

Color in thick slits for the eyeballs, then make the mouth line, as well as the marking on the chest. Add the nostril holes, then some back definition as well.

5

Now we will begin the process of drawing out three of the lily pedals. The edge lining for the pedals should be wavy or rough.

6

Next, draw in the other two pedals like so, then tackle the next step. Notice that the pedals in the back are smaller.

7

Now that the flower is drawn in, you can work on getting the leaves drawn. The leaves almost look like the pedals. The difference is the lining. The lily leaves have clean straight lines and edging, the lily pedals don't.

8

All you have to do now, is add detail to the lily like any other pedals and leaves, and you're all set.

9

This is what your final drawing should come to look like. If you would like, fill it in with some color. Hope this tutorial was enjoyable and good luck!

Description: I haven't made any tattoos lately so I thought it would be an interesting idea to get back into tattoo tutorial making for a few days. Yesterday I felt like drawing frogs. So because of this I went ahead and racked my brain in search of an idea to incorporate the frog with tattoos. I came up with something that is going to be so fun, exciting and really vibrant when it's colored in. Here is how to draw a frog tattoo, step by step. This bright colored green frog is resting in the center of a pink lily. The green leaves in the background make the picture only "pop" that much more. I love the colors, and how the frog and flower came out looking so unified. Drawing a frog tattoo will prove to be one of the more exciting lessons you will see today. Peace out amigos and have fun.
