Steps: 25Updated: January 13, 2009P.O.V: 3/4Favourited: 16 timesHello fellow artist and members of DragoArt.com and welcome back to yet another drawing tutorial for you all. I have been stuck on this manga/anime drawing kick for at least a couple of weeks now and I thought that maybe I would end my anime drawing with one last tutorial on a set of faces that will make drawing anime characters somewhat easier. In this lesson I will be showing you how to draw manga style female faces. The cool thing about this tutorial is that I have made a total of four different types of faces that I think you will appreciate. The lesson is laid out as a series of four all in one which means there is a total of twenty five steps. In the first step of the tutorial image you will see a top row of manga style faces and on the bottom row you will see a set of faces in regular human form. What I did was draw manga style with each face as they would look if they were a comic image. The first lesson is on a young five year old girl, the second is on a young teen aged girl, the third is a girl between seventeen and thirty three years old, and then finally you have the elder looking manga lady. In total these lessons took me nine hours and believe me it was grueling. Even though it was time consuming I had a fun time sketching out the different aspects and facial image of all the female characters. This tutorial will show you how to draw manga style females step by step. All twenty five steps are laid out with easy to follow instructions to help you make drawing them out easier for you. I will be back with more drawing fun in a bit so stay tuned.
