STEP 1.

First draw a rectangle.

STEP 2.

Now add the corners of the sewing machine. The bottom left corner will also be slightly curved.

STEP 3.

Draw the center of the sewing machine.

STEP 4.

Add the needle and the thingy that holds the needle.

STEP 5.

Draw the dial on the top left corner. Note that the end of the dial touches the rectangle. Only the rounded part protrudes.

STEP 6.

Draw the decorations on the sewing machine. Add the stitch dial.

STEP 7.

Now draw some more finishing touches.

STEP 8.

On top of the sewing machine, draw the spool of thread.

STEP 9.

Now erase the guidelines and add color.

STEP 10.
