STEP 1.
First, draw a circle and flatten the right side. Add her chin and the guidelines for her body.
STEP 2.
Now add Starfire's eyes. In this tut, Her eyes will resemble a hexagon. Don't get frustrated on this part. I had trouble with this part, so don't worry if you have a hard time with her eyes. Add her mouth and nose.
STEP 3.
Now add her bangs and the two strands of hair. Don't forget to add her eyebrows.
STEP 4.
Now add Starfire's boots, skirt, belly, top, and neck thingy. For a cleaned up version of this, look ahead to the next step. Break this step into smaller steps. First draw her boots and go up.
STEP 5.
Now add Starfire's arms and hands. Her hands will be rounded off. Also draw the thingy that goes around her fore-arm. Again, look ahead for a cleaned up drawing of her arms.
STEP 6.
Add Starfire's hair.
