I think I'm going to give making Vocaloid characters a rest of a while because I definitley don't want to flood the front page with too much of the same thing. Having said that, here is "how to draw CUL", step by step. For those of you that don't know, CUL was the mascot for Vocalo Revolution. She is voiced by Eri Kitamura, and the character design is simple but cute. She has red colored hair and she wears a black, red, and white ensemble that looks very much like a Japanese school girl in a leathery way. Her name CUL actually has two meanings. It's short for culture and Culnoza. Anyways, to me she is an interesting character to draw because of her simple look and bold appearance. I think you will enjoy drawing CUL.
