I will follow the request idea that was made on the tutorial page which is basically make more lessons on Vocaloid figures so here is "how to draw Tone Rion", step by step. She is based on a sixteen year old that loves everything a teenage girl is supposed to love like singing, dancing and having fun. Her debut was in a silhouette back in October of 2011, and her actual release date was December 2011. She is described as being created to look more like a Akiba maid, and I think the developers did a great job at that. Tone Rion is in Vocaloid 3, and as of right now it is unknown who the actual voice talent is behind her singing. Drawing Tone Rion should be fun, but if you're a novice artist you will run into some complications because she is a bit tricky to draw.
