STEP 1.
In this first step, draw out the guidelines for both of them. To put into context, Neville will be on the left and Luna on the right. Their hands meet at the bottom, so you can draw only one wrist if you want.
STEP 2.
Now draw in the facial features. Neville's expression show in his eyes, so make sure you make them very wide and surprised. Luna's eye is closed so other than her one eye, just draw in her ear.
STEP 3.
The next thing to draw is the texture of their hair. Completely draw Neville's shaggy hair, but only draw the beginning of Luna's wavy hair.
STEP 4.
Draw in the details of Neville's clothing. The typical Hogwart's uniform consists of a white shirt, a House-colored tie, and a sweater vest.
STEP 5.
In this step, first complete Luna's hair (this is why we saved it till now). After you have all the curls and flips, you can draw in her shirt and sweater. Then, add the A-line skirt.
STEP 6.
Add in the small details of both their clothing, including Neville's hand.
