When was the last time that I submitted a Pokemon character? I'm pretty sure it was a long time ago. Now since people want more Pokemon characters, I will be filling a request by showing you folks "how to draw Dewgong", step by step. Dewgong sort of looks like a seal mixed with a walrus or sea lion. These massive looking Pokemon have large fins, tails, and bodies. They have a white colored coat which makes them blend in well with snow. Their bodies have thick layers of fat which enables them to stay protected from cold weather, as well as retain thermal energy. They can be found in icy climates as well as in waters with ice platforms or ice floes. Drawing Dewgong is going to be really fun especially if you are a fan of this Pokemon.
