How to Draw a Santa Hat For Kids

Ho, ho, ho. Is Santa's head under that hat as he lays stuck in the snow? I hope not because that would mean he is a frozen cube. Anyways, here is a simple festive lesson on "how to draw a Santa hat,/strong>", step by step. The design concept and style is going to make drawing Santa's hat as easy as 1, 2, 3. Well I guess I have to bounce out of here. There is some stuff I have to get done before I call it a night. Hey, at least I closed out the day with something Christmassy.

STEP 1.

Make an oblong cloud like shape for the lid of the hat. The lining should be rough edged.

STEP 2.

Draw a mound like shape or a triangle. At the arch you will draw a sloping line.

STEP 3.

That's it. Just draw the round snowball like tuft, then you are done.

STEP 4.

Color in the Santa hat white and red. Use this drawing for anything you'd like.
