The first thing to do is make a circle for the base of the head, then draw the cone like shape for the snout or muzzle.

2

Using the shape you just made in step one, you can begin drawing the tribal outline of the howling wolf's head. This very same lining should also include the ear, bridge of the nose, nose tip, and some of the hair from the wolf's coat.

3

Starting from the tip of the nose, draw the shape of the muzzle for your howling wolf. Form or shape out the mouth, then with the same lining add the small pointed teeth. Sketch the chin or jaw, then the front part of the neck.

4

The basic outline of the wolf has been drawn, what you need to do now is begin drawing the tribal pattern inside of the wolf head. This will actually make up the rest of the detailing and expressions. Draw the three marks for the detailing for the ea

5

For the last drawing step all you have to do is sketch in all the marks that will create the texture for the wolf's coat. These marks should be random and not uniform. You should actually erase the mistakes before adding this tribal pattern.

Here is the finished line art when you're done. I hope you had fun folks.

Description: Aloha everyone, today is an awesome day because I will be uploading some pretty cool lessons of some pretty neat stuff. We will begin by learning "how to draw a tribal howling wolf", step by step. I have drawn many howling wolves in my day, so this was basically easy for me to create. I tried to make the tutorial as simple as possible so others would be able to replicate what they see in front of them. Hopefully this lesson will teach you something new when it comes to drawing tribal animals. Well, the day is still young so let me shut my yapper so I can prepare another tutorial for you all. Adios folks.
