Everyone in my family has been falling in love with the Walking Dead series. So this lesson is for all of us that loves, and looks forward to watching the AMC television series The Walking Dead. Here is "how to draw a walker", step by step. There is many different Walkers from the series and you can actually click on the word "walkers" that I just wrote and you will be taken to AMC'S Walking Dead page to view all the different walkers from the show. I chose to recreate the Deer eater which is a real creepy zombie that I really like. Anyways, you should enjoy this tutorial on drawing a walker. So go ahead and have fun, I will return here tomorrow with more lessons for you all to enjoy.

STEP 1.
Begin with a side view of the zombie that you will about to draw. Draw the head shape, then draw the outline of the jaw which is shaped like a cone. You will then begin sketching out the forehead, protruding brow, then the nose, screaming mouth, and then the chin and jaw line. Remember you are drawing this walker from the side. The next thing you will do is sketch out the eye along with the tattered darkened skin around the eye which is the bags. Sketch in the prominent cheekbone, then sketch in the facial definition which is the skin. Draw the nasty teeth both top and bottom, then sketch in the slim or drool on the chin. End this step by sketching out the shape of the neck, all the detailing on the neck, and the few pieces of hair that are sprouting from the head. Don't forget to draw out the ear as well as add detailing.
STEP 2.
Now we will begin drawing the walker from the front view. Start by sketching out the guide shapes which is the head and shoulders. Add the facial guidelines, then proceed to step three.
STEP 3.
Using the shape you just drew, begin sketching out the shape of the head, prominent cheek bones, then draw out the jawline and chin which is ripped to shreds.
STEP 4.
Draw out the shapes of the eyes, then sketch out the sides of the nose. You will slowly begin sketching out the torn up mouth along with the bottom jawline that has the dips for each of his teeth.
STEP 5.
Here is a quick way to draw a walker's eye. Start with sketching out the eye shape like so, then draw in the eyeball as well as color in the pupil. Sketch out veins in and around the eyeball, as well as the faint lines around the pupil which is actually the iris. Next and lastly, sketch out the thick, over exaggerated lids. Add the detailing and definition around the eyes, and you're done.
STEP 6.
Now that you know how to draw walker eyes, you can do that first in this step. Once that is done you can begin drawing out the teeth. The teeth should be long and tight together.
STEP 7.
Sketch out the ears, then add all the definition and detailing to the walker's face and ears. You will also need to add detailing to the nose, as well as the chin.
STEP 8.
You will draw out the shoulders, as well as the collar flaps. Draw out the torn fabric on the right shoulder too.
STEP 9.
Sketch in all of the detailing to the shirt so you can finish this drawing on a Walking Dead walker. Draw out the neck, then add the detailing to the neck. Finish things up, and you're all done.
STEP 10.
Here is how the walker comes out when you are all done. Color in your drawing and that's it. Good job folks, now don't forget to tune into AMC on Sunday for another new episode.Post a comment
