STEP 1.

put the colour you want~! the base colour in her eye

put a circle in the very middle of the eye

STEP 3.

do the same colour around the circle in the middle

STEP 4.

blend

blend the middle of the cicrle in the middle of the eye

STEP 6.

add a dark blue to make it more pretty ^^

add high lights~! i put alot because its so kawaii!!! cute~! hehehe
