How to Draw a Pin-Up Face
Aloha everyone, I'm back with a fun tutorial that will be on "how to draw a pinup face", step by step. This pretty face should be a real joy to replicate. The reason behind the lesson is simply out of admiration. I really admire the pin-up style classic looking art. The simplicity of the designs and how single line strokes can create something so intense is really interesting to me. I decided to keep things simple by leaving the drawing just a black and white colored image. The red lips adds some nice contrast against the black and white surroundings. This is one of my favorite drawings that I have done in a while so I hope you guys enjoy drawing a pin-up face too. I shall return people so stick around.

STEP 1.
Begin by drawing out the shape of her face which you see here. Sketch in the facial guidelines, then proceed to step two.
STEP 2.
You will now begin sketching out the one side of her face, then draw the candy cane line shape for her shoulder.
STEP 3.
Next up, we will draw in the swoop like lining to create the hairstyle. As you can see the wavy length is resting on her face or what will be her cheek.
STEP 4.
Begin drawing out her long nicely shaped eyebrows. They should be dark but not to thick. Draw the shape or outline of her nose which should be the same lining as her right eyebrows. Draw the top lid line as well.
STEP 5.
Draw the shapes of her thick lined eyes, as well as the lashes. Color in some pupils then finish drawing the pinup girl's lips or mouth.
STEP 6.
Lastly, finish drawing the hair style which is basically a big cloud. Cap off the end of her arm, then you can start erasing your mistakes.
STEP 7.
Here is how your pinup face comes out looking when you are all done. Color her in with different shades, or you can leave her black and white.Comments: Post Comment
