How to Draw an Anime Owl
For those of you that love owls and love anime, I have the perfect tutorial for you. Today I will show you "how to draw an anime owl", step by step. The idea came as a request which means I had to figure out some way to turn a regular owl drawing into something more. I went with the drawing style of something simple because I know that lots of folks are fans of the beautiful owl. Drawing owls can be a difficult task if the owl you are drawing is detailed. If you are looking for a simple task, than this lesson on drawing an anime owl is the one for you. The colors are bright which makes the bird easy on the eyes. STEP 1.
Make a simple circle for the head of your new owl. Inside sketch in the facial guidelines.
STEP 2.
Begin drawing the actual shape of the owl's head along with the horned swoops on each side of the head.
STEP 3.
Draw out the mask which will house the owl's eyes, then draw in the small simple shaped beak.
STEP 4.
Next, draw out the actual shapes of the eyes, then draw in three stripes on the top of the owl's forehead like so.
STEP 5.
Let's work on the body by drawing out the diamond shape of the body. Draw in the feet, then draw the feathers on the chest of the owl.
STEP 6.
Lastly, give this anime owl some wings. When that is done you can erase the mistakes.
STEP 7.
You are now done drawing an anime owl. Now just color in your work to complete the task.Post a comment
