Some of you may recognize these corn shafts. A lot of folks out there don't even know what this type of corn is called. Some think that the dried up cobs is the reason why the kernels are multicolored with hues of brown, amber, and even black. For a long time I used to think that this type of corn was called Thanksgiving corn, but after doing some research a while back, I found out that it's actually called 'Indian corn'. Today I will be showing you "how to draw Indian corn" step by step. These three corn cobs are very festive to both Halloween and Thanksgiving. People decorate their houses with big stalks of Indian corn along with some bales of hay, pumpkins, and scarecrows. The lesson is simple, and even though you may not find a use for this tut, I know you will definitely try it out because you could totally turn this Indian corn into some cute chibi cobs. Anyways, enjoy drawing Indian corn folks and I will be back with another lesson that has nothing to do with Thanksgiving at all. Adios people!
