Here is a face that some may remember. It is an eccentric old man that was created for Cartoon Network. Here is "how to draw Uncle Grandpa,/strong>", step by step. I don't know much about this character because all of the information on him is slim. I do know that there was a series created back in 2009 that lasted three seasons called 'Uncle Grandpa'. He is an old man that has a head and or face shaped like a boot. He wears a multicolored cup style hat that has a propeller on it. The show is said to be coming back to Cartoon Network, or maybe it's already airing.
