Make a simple circle for the head like so.

2

You will then sketch out the scary shapes of the eyes like so. Make sure the top lids are in a downward pattern. Sketch in some creases and or wrinkles around the eyes.

3

Once the cheek bones are all drawn in and the nose hole is added, you can begin drawing out the jaw or mandibles. Draw the top and bottom row of teeth, and make sure that the jawline is nice and sharp.

4

Draw the lining of the lid to frame and tuck the face of the Grim Reaper inside of the hooded cloak that he wears.

5

For the last drawing step, finish drawing out the hood, then add the spiral or flap of the hood. Erase the mistakes then you're done. You might want to add some detailing to add texture.

6

The finished drawing looks like the one you see here. Did you enjoy drawing a new version of the Grim Reaper?
