Here you will make three simple shapes. There should be one for each bottle you want to include in your drawing but for now, let's start with three.

2

Using the shapes you just made, begin drawing out the shape of each potion bottle. As you can see they all look like science beakers.

3

Next, draw in the corks, then sketch in the spongy like detailing to each cork.

4

To make the potion bottles appear to have liquid contents in them, begin lightly shading in some of the areas along the edges.

5

Now you will draw in the liquid fill lines, as well as the contents in the bottles. For me, I drew in a face for a toxic ingredient, some mushrooms for the middle bottle, and an eyeball for the small round bottle. Erase the mistakes and guides before

In the end this is how your potions come out looking. Now you just have to choose what colors to give them all.

Description: So I have to confess, I have been getting ideas for Halloween tutorials from my sixteen year old sister. I haven't forgotten about all of your requests, I just wanted to upload some stuff that people haven't asked for yet. Here is "how to draw potion", step by step. My sister showed me some potion bottles from a game she plays on Facebook a lot and she asked me if I could make a tutorial on a few potion bottles that sort of resembled the ones on the game she plays. So here is my take on drawing potion, I think this lesson will come in handy for other drawing concepts that have nothing to do with Halloween. Enjoy folks and be sure to let me know what you think because your opinion does matter. Adios people!
