STEP 1.
Start with your basic guidelines, One for the head with the eye line, and one for the body.
STEP 2.
Begin drawing the head, make sure the ear is flopped over because she is supposed to look as if she is going fast, also draw in the arms, have the one arm start in between both guide circles.
STEP 3.
Now, sketch in the back of her mane, and the rest of her body. Note: The 2nd circle is NOT off, it is for the positioning of the wing, the curve of the bottom back, and her lower stomach.
STEP 4.
Next, draw the tail, pretty straight forward, just make sure the tail goes with the flow of the body, if it's weirdly angled it will look awkward.
STEP 5.
Now is the cutie mark. If your drawing digitally I'd advise that you draw it on a clean canvas then copy/paste it to the original, then scale it to the right size, If your drawing with traditional pencil/paper, angle her flank (back side) so it is easier to draw.
STEP 6.
