Right now I will show you how to draw a hermit crab step by step. Hermit crabs are sometimes owned by people that that have fish tanks, turtles, or even just tanks with a bunch of hermit crabs. Now hermit crabs are not at all related to regular crabs as some people believe. They are in fact decapods crustaceans of the paguroidea family. The bodies of a hermit crab consist of a soft abdomen which is protected from predators because of the way they use seashells for their homes ad as protection. They usually use the empty shells from snails or conchs. I chose to do a tutorial on a hermit crab because my little brother has a tank with two of them and a turtle that he has had for one month now. This crab is cute, cartoony, colorful and bright.
